How it works
Everything here is made to order by one person with one embroidery machine. Here's what to expect.
Ordering and payment
Each product page has a Buy button that takes you to a secure checkout hosted by Square. You'll pick your size there (shirts and hoodies come in S through 4XL), enter your shipping address, and pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App. Your card details go to Square, never to us.
Turnaround time
Nothing is sitting on a shelf. Your garment is embroidered after your order comes in, which is how we keep every size and color available without ever running out. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to ship. Most go out sooner; the 14 days is the ceiling so you're never surprised. Need it by a specific date? Email first and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Shipping
Orders ship from Lathrup Village, Michigan via USPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Local pickup can be arranged by email.
Sizing
T-shirts are adult unisex 100% cotton, standard fit. Polos are a 50/50 cotton-poly blend. Hoodies run true to size with room to layer. If you're between sizes, go up — cotton can shrink slightly on a hot dryer.
Embroidery details
The NA logo and the NA service symbol are each stitched at about 2.5" × 2.5" on the left chest (centered on the front for caps, on the cuff for beanies, and larger on totes). Thread colors are white, black, or gold depending on the garment, and some pieces are available in glow-in-the-dark thread that charges in light.
Custom work
Have a group, event, or anniversary in mind? We do custom embroidery on garments you supply or we source, starting at $10 per piece for the stitching. Email sean@recovery-embroidered.com with what you're thinking and we'll send a quote and a Square invoice.
Returns
Because each item is made for your order, we can't take returns on correctly made items. If something arrives damaged or we got the size or design wrong, email a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right.
